7th Summer Waterfall Hike

Today we hiked to Upper Creek Falls AND Linville Falls, which was a short drive away.

There was a nive swimming hole at Upper Creek Falls only the water was SUPER cold. I personally didn't get in past my shins but Isabella and mom did. Isabella even did the robe swing a few times and slide down the rock!! She's awesome. :-)

Bitlmore Lake Beach

I got to tag along to Isabella's swim teams end of season party at the Biltmore Lake Beach :-)

The water wasn't cold at all like most lakes/streams/waterfalls around here. 

4 1/2 TODAY

To celebrate me being 4 1/2 today we went out for some ICE CREAM!!

Wetlands Waterpark

This afternoon we drove to Jonesborough TN to Wetland Waterpark. It was SO much fun. They had two smaller watersides for visitors my size and then three bigger ones for those taller then me. Isabella, Daddy, and even Mommy went on the bigger ones and we all had lots of fun on the smaller ones. There's also a lazy river, a mushroom, and a splash pad :-)

I really hope we go back some day!!!

5th Summer Waterfall Hike

Hike #5 this morning :-) We went and explored another new waterfall, Wintergreen Falls. Mom and I went with Milo and his mom and little sister. Isabella had a sleepover the night before with her friend Lacey and was staying there until the evening so she missed out. We at lunch at the lower part where there were some flat rocks but not to much of a little kid friendly place to get in the water. But after lunch we went up just a bit further and there was a nice pool to swim in and some rocks to slide down. We all had a lot of fun. 

4th Summer Waterfall Hike

We went out our 4th waterfall hike this morning out to Crabtree Falls and Tom's Creek Falls. A short while down the hike to Crabtree Falls we saw and momma dear and her fawn. The fawn went into the tall grass before we could get a picture of the both of them. When we got to Crabtree Falls we ate our lunch and played a bit in the water. There really wasn't a good swimming or playing area at this one but it was pretty. After the hike back to the car we drove a bit back home and hiked a short hike to Tom's Creek Falls where there was a cool spot to play in at the top.
